Breaking the Glass is excited to host a new panel event on June 28th about a highly requested topic: "Male Allies at Work"! We have carefully selected four panelists with a mix of backgrounds to discuss their experience navigating gender dynamics in the office, and offer suggestions on what men can do to support their women-identifying colleagues as allies, sponsors and advocates.
Men, women, and all genders are welcome and highly encouraged to attend this event and bring a friend or colleague! Our agenda is stacked full of icebreaker activities and discussion prompts on subjects like “mansplaining”, mentorship vs. sponsorship, micro-aggressions, and more.
RetailMeNot has generously offered to host this event (and July’s event too!) at their downtown office on the 4th floor of 301 Congress Ave. Paid parking is available on the street, as well as in nearby parking garages. Public transit and rideshare are encouraged.
We'll get started right at 6:00pm, but come early to find a good parking spot, eat, drink and mingle!
